Mario, aka DJ Black Mo hails from Latin America who came to New Zealand to find a new beginnings, has been exploring music and following the DJ path since he was 15 years old. Starting out by playing weddings parties which gave him a foundation in music from Rock & Roll to Electronic music, which is now what he falls in love with. Continuing on the evolution he adopted from House Music as his main genres, and through the sub genres like deep house, tech house and latin house.

Black Mo now brings ‘Pirates for Fun’ to Beagle Radio, a show slot with focus but not limited to house music and all the good tunes who make your body dance, jump and have fun.
