Are Germans made of beer and pretzels? Do all Brazilians love to dance and feast at midnight? Does every Indian speak Hindi and a regional language?
Curious? Come find out at our vibrant Library of Cultures!
Pull up a chair and chat with our amazing culture guides – real people from around the globe who now call our community home.
Ask the quirky questions, the big ones, and everything in between.
You’ll discover stories, traditions, values, and – yes – learn about delicious food, all woven into the colourful tapestry of migrant life in Aotearoa.
Drop in any time and get inspired by the world – right here at the Library of Cultures!
The Library of Cultures is a Night Cafē Whangārei project, in collaboration with Multicultural Whangārei and supported by Welcoming Communities.
