Library of Cultures | Puanga Matariki Festival
Are Germans made of beer and pretzels? Do all Brazilians love to dance and feast at midnight? Does every Indian speak Hindi and a regional language?
Curious? Step into the Library of Cultures. A lively, welcoming space where you can meet people from around the world, right here in Whangārei.
Pull up a chair and chat with our amazing culture guides – real people from around the globe who now call our community home. Ask the quirky questions, the big ones, and everything in between.
You’ll discover stories, traditions, values, and learn about delicious food, all woven into the colourful tapestry of migrant life in Aotearoa.
This is your chance to explore the world through conversation, connection, and curiosity.
No booking needed – just drop in and join us!
